August 2, 2023 – RiverFort is pleased to announce that it has participated in providing an additional €10,000,000 advance to Gaussin from an existing €30,000,000 headline facility.
This additional financing provides additional capital to Gaussin to facilitate its previously announced order book with Amazon whilst further strengthening its cash reserves to finance its working capital.
Gaussin, listed on the Euronext Growth in Paris, is an engineering technology company that designs, assembles, and offers zero-emission, smart and connected vehicles for freight transportation and people mobility to enable off-road and on-road applications. Gaussin also has expertise in logistics processes, autonomous technologies, and emerging energy solutions.
