July 30 2021- RiverFort Agrees Financing Facility for up to €30M with Finnish Solar Panel Producer.
Valoe Corporation, a Fintech company specialising in photovoltaic technology, has signed an agreement providing for €3M of committed advances. Each drawdown of the amortising mezzanine loan facility will have an 18-month maturity, with a 4-month payment holiday, followed by 14 equal monthly principal and interest payments which may be settled by Valoe in either cash or shares.
