Volt Resources Limited

RiverFort Global Capital is pleased to announce its ongoing partnership with Volt Resources Limited (ASX: VRC), following the successful agreement for a second advance of AUD 500,000. This funding, which is part of a comprehensive financing strategy, reinforces our commitment to supporting Volt's ambitions in the critical minerals and battery materials sectors.

The new funding follows an initial advance of AUD 250,000, which Volt successfully repaid on 23 August 2024. This repayment reflects Volt's robust financial management and the effectiveness of our partnership. The latest advance is aimed at facilitating Volt’s operations and enhancing its development initiatives, particularly in the natural graphite market, which is pivotal for lithium-ion battery production.

As part of the agreement finalised on 23 April 2024, the second advance will see the issuance of 23,804,990 unlisted options with a three-year maturity and an exercise price of AUD 0.0063. This step not only signifies our trust in Volt’s future potential but also aligns with our strategic vision of investing in companies that are at the forefront of technological innovation and sustainability.

Volt Resources, an established graphite producer with major operations in Australia, the US, Tanzania, and Ukraine, continues to make significant strides in the critical minerals landscape. Their recent activities, particularly the revised feasibility study for the Bunyu Graphite Project in Tanzania, demonstrate strong financial prospects and operational efficiency. As Volt progresses its endeavours, RiverFort remains dedicated to providing the necessary financial backing to ensure their success.

We believe that the growth of Volt Resources is integral to the evolving demands of the global energy transition, and we are excited to be a part of this journey. RiverFort Global Capital looks forward to continuing its support and collaboration with Volt as they pave the way for a sustainable and prosperous future in the graphite and battery materials industries.
